A small, clearly labelled banner appears on the home and gameplay screens once you have completed 3 main levels, and an occasional interstitial ad may appear after you finish or quit a level once you are further along -- never more than once a minute, and never over a board you are working on. Rewarded ads are always optional: tap a clearly labelled button to watch one for extra hints or magic, an early daily challenge, or a completion bonus.
