Where is my progress stored?

Progress, settings, your hint and magic inventory, and ad-reward receipts are stored locally in Android app storage on your device. Android may also include them in your Google account system backup.

How do I remove my data?

Uninstalling Jigsaw Stroll clears everything stored on your device. You can also clear Jigsaw Stroll storage from Android Settings without uninstalling. Manage any Android system backups through your device and Google account settings.

Do I have to watch ads?

No. Rewarded ads are entirely optional -- they only play when you tap a clearly labelled "watch an ad" button to refill hints or magic, unlock a daily challenge early, or claim a completion bonus. If none is available, you may be offered a rewarded interstitial instead, always with a Skip button.

Why does a hint highlight three pieces?

The hint suggests one swap: the two pieces outlined in gold are the ones to swap, and the piece outlined in green is the one the moved piece will match up against once the swap is made.

Does the game need internet?

Not to play. The board, the swap mechanic, the garden journey, and the daily challenge all work offline. A connection is used to show ads, run the consent flow, and, when this feature is enabled, to download extra puzzle pictures for later levels.

What should I include in a bug report?

Please include your device model, Android version, Jigsaw Stroll version, the level or picture you were on, and the exact steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords or account information -- Jigsaw Stroll does not use accounts.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Open Ad privacy options in the game's Settings to reopen the consent form and change or withdraw your choice at any time, where required by your region.
