By downloading, installing, or playing Jigsaw Stroll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence to use the app
NEXTB LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Jigsaw Stroll for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control. This licence does not give you any ownership of the app or its content.
No accounts, no purchases, no user content
Jigsaw Stroll does not require an account, does not contain in-app purchases, and does not accept or display any content that you create or upload. All progress and settings are stored only on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Jigsaw Stroll is free to play and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, under Google's own terms. You can review and change your ad privacy choices at any time from Ad privacy options in the game's Settings.
Intellectual property
Jigsaw Stroll, including its game design, software, artwork, photographs, music, and text, is owned by NEXTB LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The photographs and illustrations used in the game are original works or are used under licence. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where the law expressly allows it; not to use cheats, hacks, bots, or other tools that interfere with normal gameplay; not to access the app through automated means; and not to copy, redistribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.
Changes and availability
NEXTB LTD may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Jigsaw Stroll, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app, or any particular feature, will always be available.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Jigsaw Stroll is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NEXTB LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Jigsaw Stroll.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
